Yonanas Frozen Treat Maker FAQs
Q: Why do my bananas have a mushy consistency after putting them through the machine? A: This should never happen if you peel your bananas, place them in a freezer storage container or freezer bag, and freeze them for 24 hours before use.
Q: Why does my machine shut off while the power switch is on? A: Make sure the chute assembly is completely locked onto the base. To do this, rotate the chute counterclockwise until it clicks into a locked position. The interlock mechanism in the base prevents the motor from turning on when the chute is not properly in place.
Q: I inserted the first banana, but nothing came out. Why? A: Use two frozen bananas to push out of the machine. If you're using other fruit, use one frozen banana, then the frozen fruit, and then finish with a frozen banana.
