This mop is a great help though it needs a bit of improvement in the handle design. However, as long as you remember to unlock the mop for the wash/rinse and then lock it again for actual mopping, it works perfectly well if you don't expect it to scrub your floors until they gleam. Just wish it came with an extra mop head.

Very Disappointed, greensburg PA ★ } 5/10/2011 I was really looking forward to receiving the spin mop. However, I think they need to go back to the drawing board. It is a great concept had it worked. I could never get the mop to connect on the lower bucket and then the mop kept on shrinking. I had the lock in place but little by little it continued to go down when I applied pressure. And then when I tried to release the mop to wash it I could not get it to come off and it snapped.

Excitement turned into Disappointment, kelbelle777 FL ★ } 5/10/2011 After using the spin mop deluxe cleaning system for the 4th time, the pedal of the bucket broke and it is no longer "spin" mop. The bucket is poorly constructed and not user friendly since there is no wheels on the bucket to move from one place to another and the fact that the pedal broke so easily. A thin plastic piece that was anchored to the spinning wheel snapped off. On a positive note, the mop is light weight and handles well. I really hoped that it would work as it promised.

So So Mop, araya9477 NY ★ ★ } 5/10/2011 I was so excited when I saw this mop on HSN.....then I received it, let's just say it's not nearly as great as I'd hoped. It kept falling apart and wasn't very user friendly. The dirt did not stick to the microfibers like advertised. I guess I will keep it because it did a good job cleaning my walls and to pay shipping to return it would be 1/2 of the second payment left. BUYERS BEWARE!

SPIN MOP DELUXE, legalkey IL ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ } 5/9/2011 The fist day I received my spin mop, I was ready to send it back. The poles was coming apart and I could not get the mop seated in the bucket. The next day, I made sure that the poles were put together properly and that problem went away. I found that if you put the mop in the bucket with the two white peices on the side horizontal it will fit. I really like this mop and is happy with it, just wish it had come with two mop heads

Ilove my spin mop and so does my 20 year old son that he wouldn't mop the house because he hated to stick his hands in the dirty water now he mops the hole house too. thank you so much for this invention

Pretty Good, Jannum PA ★ ★ ★ } 5/8/2011 I used the spin mop today. I needed something to clean my tile floors, so I thought I'd give this item a try. I had trouble finding the attachment at the bottom of the bucket to spin the dirt out in the cleaning solution, & the mop handle kept coming unscrewed & falling apart. I also miss having wheels on the bucket to make it easier to move it around, although I realize that having wheels would be a problem. I hope this item holds up, so I can keep my floors cleaner now!

Why doesn't the tv salesperson spend time teaching how to hold/use the mop properly insteasd of dumping crazy food stuff over and over??

hmmmm, dreamofjeannie AL ★ ★ ★ } 5/7/2011 The mop head seems pretty good and absorbent, but hold it wrong and it will not "rinse or wring" the way advertised. OR, the handle will unscrew itself and you will have the mop in pieces. The mop in the video is obviously well broken in and he has had lots of practice using it to make it look so simple.

ok mop, rotten bucket, janet998 OK ★ } 5/7/2011 I am so glad I kept my old bucket to the first mop set. The new bucket is awful, it will not spin dry the mop like it is supposed to. The new mop is harder to spin dry, it takes one hand to hold bucket still and the other to hold mop down tightly. The only good thing I can say about the new mop is it is stronger in the middle section, which is where my first mop broke after only 4 months.

With this she can get the mop as wet or dry as she needs. Just mopped all the floors and stairs and you can't believe all the pollen she cleaned up. She had just cleaned the day before. It is very easy to use.

Not a good buy, hard to use, Granny716 FL ★ } 5/4/2011 Clumsy to use and took 3 days to dry-can't put it in the dryer. So much for saving me time. The demonstrator must have a PHD in this mop because mine did not behave anything like the one on TV. Mop head would not stay in level position, so I kept tripping on it, no easy gliding back and forth. The wringer operation needs hard foot work every time you try to get the dirt/water out. My husband tried to make it wring out better and it didn't. It's going back NOW if I can get it apart.
